I am one of the supporters against BANDH culture prevailing in Assam very often
and nobody cares about the results.

All the Political/Social/Cultural/Students communities whoever calls for BANDH
on any issues must be condemned and people of Assam should protest and Govt
should take necessary measures to stop this (BANDH) by taking strong action
against the leaders and the PARTY who calls for these BANDHs and protect the
citizens who protest against this. There are lots of democratic constitutional
measures to protest against any violation of Human Rights and any action taken
by Govt ot Non-Govt bodies and forum to get justic against these. But, in Assam
only BANDH is the only path taken by all organisation (wheather they exists or
not is also doubtful) and people used to follow Blindly without knowing the
background of the Bandh and the Organisation declares it.

I would like to suggest followings to STOP this BANDH culture is Assam:

1. All Media people (Print/Visual) should not publish any news of BANDH in
their News Paper or Channels.
2. People should take action against the Leaders of the Organisation whoever
declares BANDH under constitutional Framework.
3. Human Rights activities also take up this BANDH as one of the violations
agaist these organisations as it stops those who earn their Bread and Butter
through daily wages. One day Bandh will deprive them from one meal for their
family.
4. All Lawyers of Assam should not fight the cases for those who declares Bandh
and must help those groups who dare to give petition against Bandh for these
Leaders and organisations.

My sincere gratitude to Shri Mrinal Talukdar for such a nice and noble work
taken by him for the betterment of Assam and hope we of us will help and
support him and requesting all who loves Assam will give him strength to win
this Case for a better ASSAM.
