I am beginning to realize why many from NE speak of bias. This report by the Barak Human Rights Group is a blatant allegation against entire Assamese community. I wonder if any Human Rights Group has or could ever sanely blame the entire community for the acts of a few. This report is biased and its writers are biased.
I agree with you on that. Did any Human Rights group blame ALL Gujaratis for the acts of a few during Gujarat riots where 1,000 died and also did anyone blame ALL Delhi residents for the murder of 4,000 Sikhs there in 1984 by rioteers.
