Sorry for being dumb but I still did not get: What did he do when he found that Jatin Mali minister (politician) did not allow him to do what he wanted to do? So obviously Ashok Saikia could not have been only DC of undivided Darrang. He could have occupied other posts too in his career like Commissioner Education.
