Asam Sahitya Sabha is organizing a national seminar on "Challenges Before Assam" on Mar 14 & 15, 10 am onwards, at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi.
The course of events will be: 14th March: Inauguration by Lt Gen (Retd) S K Sinha, Gov or J&K and release of book "Voice of Assam" : 10 am 11:45 am. First Session: on "Demographic Changes of Assam" & "Infiltration: A Threat to Security" : 12-1:30 pm. Second Session: on "Impact and Implementation of Supreme Court Judgement on IMDT Act" and "Implementation of Assam Accord" : 2-3:30 pm. Third Session: on "Assam Needs Peace" : 3:45-5:15 pm. 15th March: Panel Discussion & Interactive Session: 10 am 12 pm. Summary Session: Delhi Declaration: 12:15-1 pm. Valedictory Session: 1-1:30 pm.
