I agree with Mr.Agarwal. Let us devote ourselves to the development of Assam in
whatever way we can. I would like to remind Mr. Mukherjee that Bengal was the
first industrial city in India established by the British East India Co. but it
has failed to hold its position. Why? please ask yourself Mr. Mukherjee.
