request you to be present at a 'Mass Silent Rally and march' at Jantar Mantar,
New Delhi on 9/11/2008 at 3 30 PM to submit a memorandum to the Prime
Minister/Home Minister protesting the recent serial blasts in Assam and to show
solidarity with blast victims. Please bring 2 pieces of black and white ribbons
to tie on the armband.
