Diagnose 204 is the source for all the information RMF gets. But note:

1) It's correct the operating systems in the other LPARs won't be there.
2) You won't find a complete picture of memory (a favourite rant of mine
of which Development are aware). :-)

It's unlikely that the CEC would know about the operating systems and
their versions that are running in each LPAR. A customer may well have
a naming convention for such things, but it's not standardized, and
not something that the OS offers to the CEC.
