The TSO TMP generally runs APF authorized. Is your program/STC authorized? If 
not, you might have a problem. If you are not going to run APF authorized TSO 
commands, you can set up a TSO environment in your own task and execute TSO 
commands "directly" (not using the TMP). If you're interested, read here:

If you need to run TSO APF authorized comands, I can envision a way to use UNIX 
and REXX with your HLASM program. But it would likely be complicated and I 
don't know if you'd want to bother.
