My STC is APF-authorized. I do not expect to run TSO-authorized commands.
I will look more closely at the doc on IJKTSOEV. If anyone has direct

how to avoid them.
Thanks to the posters so far, for such a quick response.

Our two day course "Introduction to TSO and REXX APIs"
covers topics regarding using TSO and REXX services from
programs written in Assembler, COBOL, PL/I and C,
including these facilities / services:
* IKJEFTSR - Issuing TSO Commands from compiled programs
* IKJCT441 - Accessing and updating REXX variables from compiled programs
run in TSO environments
* IKJEFT01, IKJEFT1A, IKJEFT1B - running batch EXECs in TSO address space
* IRXJCL - running batch EXECs in a non-TSO address space
* IKJTSOEV - setting up a TSO command environment from compiled programs
* IRXEXCOM - Accessing and updating REXX variables from compiled programs
run in TSO and non-TSO environments
The compiled programs may be written in Assembler, COBOL, PL/I, or C:
lectures include student choice from those languages, and labs may
be solved using any of these.
