I can confirm that macro IECTDECB is a BTAM-supplied (or at least required-by-BTAM) macro. We ran a home-grown BTAM application for several releases after it was no longer supplied or supported, and we had to preserve the BTAM macros in a separate library until the BTAM application code was replaced.
