and apps:
6) Just for completeness: the Wylbur method of storing sequence
numbers in 73-80 was nnnn.nnn, with leading zeroes suppressed.
For compressed data, the format was either a word or two
halfwords (and flags) preceding each line, RECFM was U, and
first halfword of each block was the logical size, or x'8000'
ORed into the size.
