Bob, I understand what your saying but as a seasoned assembler person, it's not a language like java or COBOL even tat is that simple to pickup. It takes a desire a mindset to dig into what a lot of us do everyday. So far what I have seen, we have a lot of customers, they want the vendor to do the work. I can't see a young pup digging into sophicated RACF, acf2 or TSS exits...it's not that simple.....
