I liked this quote, 'We have some people in our organization with moderate to severe vision impairment. The post below would be received quite happily by our small population. Likewise, contrast where experienced in many web pages (developed by the young and color happy) often creates unreadable rendering. We take for granted that curbs should have ramps. Bizarre is that we take for granted that all can see perfectly.
As we sometimes remind our younger generations "perfect health is temporary." Though the population is small, and dwindling, it IS respectful for the younger generation to be mindful of this fact. Adherence to mixed case is a curse to them. Indeed, my arthritic fingers find some difficulty in catching all of the case changes necessitated by mixed type. Let alone, the annoyance factor in being that wee bit extra careful to ensure you capitalized at JUST the right point, or it becomes a totally different variable. It IS all about efficiency, and that little bit of extra slowing down says 'minor inefficiency' pretty clearly, and thus is disliked. -------------------------------------------- On Mon, 3/3/14, Automatic digest processor <[email protected]> wrote: Subject: ASSEMBLER-LIST Digest - 2 Mar 2014 to 3 Mar 2014 (#2014-39) To: "Recipients of ASSEMBLER-LIST digests" <[email protected]> Date: Monday, March 3, 2014, 11:04 PM ASSEMBLER-LIST Digest - 2 Mar 2014 to 3 Mar 2014 (#2014-39) LISTSERV at the University of Georgia ASSEMBLER-LIST Digest - 2 Mar 2014 to 3 Mar 2014 (#2014-39) Table of contents: CamelCase (10) CamelCase Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: paul schuster <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: John Gilmore <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Ed Jaffe <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Steve Comstock <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Tom Marchant <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: DASDBILL2 <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Tony Thigpen <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Ed Jaffe <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: TonyICLOUD <[email protected]> Re: CamelCase (03/03) From: Paul Gilmartin <[email protected]> Browse the ASSEMBLER-LIST online archives.
