This reminded me of the time I worked in CICS development @ Hursley. I had an 0C4 in CICS code - in one of the EDF programs. I went along to the developer who owned the code to discuss the system dump. He was blind, and and been since a very small boy. Within 5 minutes, he'd analysed the system dump, and five minutes after that, had a fix coded. I was completely blown away.... and whilst that was all happening, his dog sat quietly in the corner.
