I don't have much specifics. A NY based company is under new management. The 
direction is to remove all Assembler from there mainframe software inventory. 
The problem is they have a 20+ year subssystem that is ligntening quick and 
cant eaily be replaced. 

They do have a small staff of assembler programmers that maintains this 
subsystem. They are looking for another establishment to take this softwre 
subsystem over.

Subsystem makes use of extensive Z/OS assembler services especially data 
spaces. If there is any interest please contact me off listwith the topic
