Assuming your programs use 20-bit displacements like ours do, then
you're really talking about 4K for areas that must be accessed with MVC,
CLC, etc. and seemingly-unlimited space for bytes, halfwords, fullwords,
doublewords, and quadwords accessed using other instructions.
