>From the description of return code 4 in SA23-1369-01: "only the SI00PCCACPID, SI00PCCACPUA, and SI00PCCACAFM fields are valid." If the other fields are not valid, surely they are invalid. Even though the other information is not available, the fields for those items still exist within the "returned infoarea" and the data in those fields should not be used.
