This afternoon I submitted an RFE requesting new capabilities for HLASM. My intent was to make it easier to deal with DSECTs whose size needs to be an integral power of 2. This is perhaps not interesting to most of you. However, the requested capabilities -- exponentiation, base-2 logs, etc. -- can hopefully be more generally useful as well.
