Support for this technique was enabled by APAR PH30740 only a
few days ago, at the end of October.

When four-byte non-relative immediate operands were first
implemented, a relocatable value was simply rejected with
ASMA032E (even though relocatable values were accepted for
example for relative immediate operands with the GOFF option).

Any four-byte immediate operand can now be relocatable. It is
relocated in the same way as an A-type address constant, except
that any reference to "*" within the value is taken to be the
address of the instruction rather than the address of the 4-byte
immediate field within it.
