Existing objects can be re-linked (with/without some section
selections and/or with patches), but I don't think the linkage editor will
do anything with an existing load module except replace it entirely -- if
that is what you meant. These are the available statements on z/VSE.
ACTION ...
PHASE name,origin<,...>
MODE {AMODE(...)|RMODE(...)}<,{RMODE(...)|AMODE(...)}>
INCLUDE <objectname><,(sectionlist)>
REP address ...
ENTRY <entrypoint>
