OK.  I had overlooked test cases for the toIPv6() function (which is
implicated by the results).

I added test cases for both of those IP addresses + 255.255.255.255 in
the test code, and ItWorksForMe.

Did this code pass the testify tests on this OS?

Those tests beat up conversion to and from strings pretty well - and now
even a little better...
