I just added some new code intended to help with clouds...
In public clouds, many vendors won't guarantee you any IP addresses, you
can't do IP address failover, and they don't support multicast.
Although this is far from ideal (it has a high suckage factor), it's how
it is.
This means that we can't let our nanoprobes use multicast to find the
CMA, and that we also can't put a fixed IP address in the configuration.
This means that the 0.1 code won't really work very well in a public cloud.
So, I am adding code to support DNS names in the nanoprobe configuration.
The code I wrote should work nicely on Linux, but seems unlikely to
compile under Windows.
*Roger*: Could you look into this? I put all the right #ifdefs and so
on in the code - so if it won't work under one platform or another
(like, for example Windows), you should reach a *#error*in the preprocessor.
