Historically, there were apps that were good at monitoring but not management, and vice-versa. I am not aware of any previous tools that were equally good with both. IMO, I'm not sure that I'd be inclined to "switch" from using the word "monitoring" to using the word "management", although I would support that if you chose to go that direction. Personally, I think I might be inclined to either include both terms, or to shorten the name and eliminate the potential for future confusion.
