Role: *Test Consultant - Application Services / ETL Tester * *Location*: Milwaukee, WI
*Job Description:* Create TDM strategy and processes by applications? Prepare data extraction scripts? Coordinate with customers production application owners for the Test data requirements? Extract test data & apply masking as per requirements? Create, manage and optimize test data for all testing types? Maintain test data documentation by applications? Create and maintain end-to-end data setup plans for cross-system integration testing? Develop test data back-up, restore, mark-up scripts? Test data version management? Test data script version and source code management? Evaluate data management tools? Maintain baseline regression and performance test data gold copies? Data creation/set-up for stress testing by 3rd Party and Kohl?s? Establishes and enforces best practices for generation of test data *Skill and Experience Details:* System Testing(L3)-Given a tool /automation platform, able to identify what can be automated.Select appropriate methodology for validation of the test step. Strongknowledge Automate test cases. Able to debug/fix errors in test scripts. Consulting(L2)-Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering fromcustomers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Negotiation,Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth ofthe organization. Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generatingdownstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.Account Mining to generate opportunities.
