Should have exposure to QC& Software Testing life cycle5. Should have good verbal & written communication skills.6. Should have worked in a Agile delivery environment.7. Should be a self starter & should be proactive in gathering information.8. Should work on proactively getting feedback from customers & identify improvement areas.9. Should be good at setting the correct expectation & should strive to build a positive perception with the customers. *Skills and Experience Details:* Data Centric testing(L3)-Should ve able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and groupingShould be able to understand the data model Should be able to create test planbased on Mapping document Ability to test at least one ETL (like Informatica orData Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Crystal Reports) Ability to use a testingmanagement tool Application Testing(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.
