*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *Job Description:* *This position request is to fill one consultant position to augment the Business and IT personnel needs in support of the development and implementation of the Employer Electronic Filing System.* This project is currently in the User Design phase. The implementation of this project will comply with a new State Legislative mandate that requires all Employers to file tax information, wage reports and make tax payments electronically; extensive software programming updates will be made within the Tax Department’s Web Based System. This effort will improve Tax operations by eliminating labor intensive paper processing methods and will significantly reduce administrative oversight. *Senior .Net Developer* *The candidate’s main responsibility is to assist in the design and build of a secure and agile web application using the Microsoft ASP.Net development framework. * Responsibilities will include: •Full life-cycle application development that includes: Writing and programming system specifications; defining work and/or data flows; designing screens, forms and reports; defining data elements; preparing source code; testing; and the designing/development of tables and relationships, as needed. •Interpretation of written requirements and technical specifications *Essential Skills and Experience* •*Total .Net development experience (5-8 years)* *•Must possess strong knowledge of the following: Visual Studio environment, VB.Net 2005, 2008, 2010, ASP.Net 2005, 2008, 2010 environments.
