These addresses belong to someone else now per an Arin Lookup
(http://www.arin.net/index.shtml).  They no longer pertain to Verizon
Wireless IP Addresses and should be removed from this list.  I did not
check the other ones.  I received a spam email from one of the
vzwmail.net specified ip addresses which drew my attention to look into
it further.
