Bits and pieces anyway.  IIRC, there is a large chunk in there that is
from Fritz and perhaps some others.  As I find the details for
significant mail sources, I create articles "(IP block)" articles for
them.  I've admittedly fallen behind though.  I've got a bunch I need to
create/add.  Perhaps that can be added to the 1.3.5 release.

So far I've got some new noProcessingDomainIPs and a whole lot of
noProcessingDomains that I have been contemplating if I should try to
convert them to noProcessingDomainIPs:

    * 40+ are legitimate email marketing companies (may be spammy, but
      are legit opt-in, and aren't worth poisoning your corpus over).
    * 30+ airlines
    * 100+ misc items that may or may not be applicable to your locale.
