Pascal,
up to here, I had to fix some other problems (timeout,content swap ...).
I've not done any more testing or coding for TNEF conversion. It looks
like a major problem in opening and/or parsing the TNEF-part. How ever, to
get some more information set TNEFDEBUG to on. If the parsing is ok,
you'll get the parsed content of the TNEF-part on screen (STDOUT). If
possible, send me this output!

Ok because i did some testing and none of the attachments did convert to
mime. I am just receiving winmail.dat files instead of the normal
attachements, and saw these loggings pass by. What is going wrong then ?
