One of the Dutch providers (xs4all) has their DSL-subnet (80.126.0.0/15)
listed on blackholes.
To prevent this mail being blocked I added this subnet to the file
"files/norbl.txt".
This means there's no checking of DNSBL for this subnet.
I would prefer some kind of mechanism where such a subnet can be listed on 1
or 2 providers before it is counted.
Something like:
80.126.0.0/15 1
