ok, forgive me for cutting all the other stuff, but apparently your
setup is now ok; I just noticed a couple of things which may
cause some slowdown in ASSP and would like to add them
here; first of all Email::MIME the previous 3.x version seems
to have a bug sitting inside the ppm which causes ASSP to
choke and emit error messages (if running ASSP on console)
and this in turn may have some side effects on performances;
then, reading the "SPF developers" ML it seems that the ppm
Mail::SPF may have performance issues if the NetAddr::IP 
module is old, so, better updating that one too
