What ? I'm not filtering the sites personally, It's the provided filtering "engines" that do the filtering. And they are REQUIRED by law here in the USA for schools. Government agencies use them also to help stop "users" from having access to that call "dangerous" sites. And yes file sharing sites are one of them.
