[Assp-test] Message rejected by black.uribl.com even though it's not a
URIBL provider in our config

I just had a legitimate email from Macy's blocked due to failing a URIBL
test. I know the defaults are multi.surbl.org|black.uribl.com but I found
that black.uribl.com is a little to strict for my taste.

(that's the reason I asked for the weighted list of URIBL providers like
we
have for the dnsbl).

Anyway, I only have multi.surbl.org listed but I see this log line:
Oct-18-09 09:55:03 msg74102-04251 [URIBL] 206.165.246.9
<[email protected]>
to: [email protected]
[spam found] (URIBLcache: fail, p06.com listed in
black.uribl.com) [We're listening:
extra 20% off + free shipping with our thanks!]

p06.com isn't listed in in surbl, but it is in black.uribl.com.
