Just had a thought: where the admin UI notes that a give module is required, could we have the same version required/available information as appears in the stats appear on the relevant line in the admin UI? For example:

Needs Sys::Syslog for local (UNIX/LINUX) logging or Net::Syslog for Windows or Network logging. could read something like: SYSLOG Centralized Logging (sysLog) Enables logging to UNIX Syslog. Needs Sys::Syslog (Reqd.: 0.27 / Avail.: 0.25) for local (UNIX/LINUX) logging or Net::Syslog for Windows or Network logging. Or even just an available/unavailable coloured note. It would certainly help admins not turn on functions that are not available, or are not up to the required level. HTH.
