Changing the DNS server that ASSP uses did the trick. I recently moved 
it from OpenDNS back to my ISP because of your post concerning Spamhaus 
and OpenDNS/GoogleDNS.

So it looks like the issue is my ISP's DNS. But I'm not sure I 
understand what impact my DNS has on how DNSBL works. I thought all that 
happened was the IP address for the sending SMTP server was sent to the 
RBL service and checked against their database to see if it was a good 
or bad IP. How does my DNS server play a role in this?
