I've uploaded a 2.0.2_1.1.02_p-white.pl to the 'test' folder on SF-CVS.

There is a major change in the code that uses a personal Whitelist, which
works as follows:

- if a Whitelist addition is done - also a personal entry is written in to
the Whitelist 'whitelistaddr...@domain,localaddr...@localdomain'
- if a Whitelist entry is removed by a user, only his personal entry entry
is marked as deleted - if all personal entries for this entry (address)
are marked as deleted, all records for this address will be deleted from
the whitelist.

- if the Whitelist is checked for/by a local recipient :
  - marked for deletion privat is found -> consider not whitelisted
  - no privat nor global is found -> consider not whitelisted
  - active privat or global is found -> consider whitelisted

It could be possible that a message is consider whitelisted after 'MAIL
FROM' - because of a global entry (like now) - but this state could be
negated after 'RCPT TO' - if a deleted entry is found for this
combination.

So it should be possible that a whitelist addition that is done by one
user, could be reverted by any other user for them self.

If a admin wants to remove all records (also the global one) for a address
via email-interface, he should use the following syntax:

u...@domain,*

If the address is written without the ',*' his own entry
'u...@domain,ad...@localdomain' will be maked as deleted.

This belongs also to the GUI.

Paul has requested this feature - I want to know if it is usefull - and if
it works.
