The reason for the whitelist was, that everyone who receives a block
report, is able to whitelist addresses - and maybe there is someone who
don't want these addresses whitelisted. Public blacklisting is not so
common (I think).

Thomas... it's fine, but adds a lot of overhead imVVVVHo; it would
suffice knowing "who" added a given entry to the whitelits so that, in
case a client box gets crazy (for whatever reason) it will be easy to
track the offender and clean up the whitelist; sure, having a "personal
wl" may be cool, but it may literally waste a lot of resources and at
end won't give so much benefits; it would be a better idea (imHo btw)
having the ability to track who added a given address to the WL *and*
optionally having a personal BLACKlist (not a whitelist) so that in case
someone doesn't want to receive some messages (s)he may just add
a given sender to his/her personal BL (which will probably be smaller)
