A "secondary" issue with URIBL, the code seems to check URIBL for
IPs too, this in turn means that if you use dbl.spamhaus.org in "block
mode" (i.e. something like "dbl.spamhaus.org=>1") you may get
false positives if the mail contains URLs with IPs like, for example
http://10.0.0.1 that's due to the fact that the spamhaus DBL only
accepts *domain* names and will return a "match" in case you feed
it an IP address (this is by design, see the spamhaus docs for infos)

Another issue with ClamAV, looking at the "clamd.log" file I noticed
there are quite a number of "accept timeout" messages, those are
most probably due to the fact that ASSP isn't connecting to the ClamD
streamscan port in a timely fashion (clamd will only keep the listen
socket open for a few seconds after a "PORT" command and if no
connection comes in, it will close it and log a timeout)

Also, and since I'm at it, here's an idea; what about adding an option
to score email messages over a given (gui parameter) size ? The
idea is that, if a message is over a given, defined size, it will have
its spam score increased, this will help cutting off some kinds of
junkmail containing images or attachments but will still let "regular"
ham mails from good senders go through
