Well... say the message gets an increased score due to
an hit on some "low value" DNSBL and (say) the country
but it's still at "low spam", now, when the message comes
in ASSP finds that it has a size over "npSize" so it will just
set the "no process" flag but *also* increase the spamscore
which may now be at "reject" level ... not sure if I was clear,
I hope so; and about the implementation, I didn't look at
the code, but I think that adding some code to increase
the spamscore if the message hits npSize shouldn't
(possibly) break things
