Use 'images/blockreport.css' , 'images/blockreporticon' and
'files/blockreport.gif' to customize the reports to your needs.
If the layout of the BlockReports looks not nice to you, you can change it
using the Blockreport::modify module. The module gets the complete mail -
so you can change everything and return the changed report to assp.

Other questions/suggestions.
We used to have right or left resend links in the block report because the
html code wasn't great. Now that the html is clean, is there a reason to
keep both options?
If one option is off, the TD is still created, leaving a blank box. Can
the
code be changed to consider this?
We'd need to determine how many resend links are there and adjust the
column
span in:
<table id="report">
<col /><col /><col />
<tr>
<th colspan="3" id="header">
<img src=cid:1001 alt="powered....
appropriately.
Then if there's no leftlink or no rightlink, don't spit out the td for
that
option.
Speaking of which, in that code, what is <col /><col /> <col /> ? That's
not HTML that I'm familiar with.
Last, an option to show no header image would be nice, though I suppose a
1x1 pixel transparent gif would work just as well.
