The code was not changed in the last releases and actually there was a
bug in it which would prevent recognizing the first tag like "From"
and the mail was wrongly separated into multiple parts by
\ln\cr\ln\cr. But the basic method was not changed.

If you forward, the original header is destroyed. My mail client does
the forwarding with copying some part of the original header into the
new mail which works nicely with ASSP. Without that, there is no
whitelisting of addresses from the original header in the forwarded
mail possible.
