I tried upgrading from 1.9.1.5(0.0.10) to .11 and the windows service starts, but nothing is ever written to the log file and the web interface does not respond. Doing a regular stop of the service did not work. Had to kill the process for it to quit. Rolled back to .10 and it started back up no problems.
