I set "asaservice" to 0 and ran it from the command prompt. After one minute of waiting there is nothing happening in the command prompt window. Perhaps I'm not waiting long enough? Usually the service is up and running and I can get into the gui within 30 secs. I switched it back to the .10 version and within 5 seconds I see the startup sequence and it is accepting connections within 10-15 seconds. Did I get a bad .11 version? I tried forcing an update again, but it says I have the latest .11 already.
