Using ASSP 1.9.1.6(0.0.01) right now, but applies to previous versions
as well.

In the past, I've forwarded (as attachments) emails to ASSP to tell it
that the emails aren't spam. I received emails stating that the changes
were noted and that the email addresses were added to the whitelist.

Weeks/months later, I found a couple more emails blocked mostly by
Bayesian (scoring just enough to block it) from the same company that is
already whitelisted. So, I forwarded the emails again and the response
that I got back was that one of the two addresses was already
whitelisted. Any idea why it keeps getting blocked? Is it related to
the issue we were having a couple of months ago where ASSP wasn't adding
addresses to the whitelist when an email was forwarded to
[email protected]?

Here's the header/body of an email that is already whitelisted(using the
[email protected] address):

Here's the email I get back from ASSP when I forward it as an attachment
to [email protected]:

next database rebuild.

[email protected]: already on whitelist

[email protected]: added to

Kind Regards,

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
