because I'll not have any time tomorrow, build 11278 is released today!
fixed in 2.1.2_11278:
- the top ten statistic has counted connections which where running in to
the SMTP timeout
- the top ten statistic was added to scheduled BlockReports even if the
recipient was not an email admin
