thank you 0.0.08 is ok , 60/15 seconds (duration/inactive) to process a 1.6 MB 
file , it's ok now.
I re-checked also various maxsize values , and it's works ok too.
And now also gmail receives the correct bounce "552 message exceeds 927.73 
kByte (size)"

only a note; in case of the sender can't anounce the email SIZE, ASSP is 
putting the email in
/usr/local/assp/notspam/32222-00048.eml (see below i.e.) , why ? .It stores a 
only a truncated useless attachment,
is it not better to discard the email such as when the SIZE is announced 
instead to collect it in /notspam ?
