notice that the very same kind of option may be added to the AV
scanning as well; this way, in case you have a too "aggressive"
signature, the incoming message won't possiblu get lost (just delayed a
bit); not just that, using such an approach with DNSBLs may help in
case a given sender uses multiple IPs and some of them are blacklisted,
in such a case, a message sent from a listed IP may be temporarily
refused, requeued and accepted when sent out from a different IP
