You really want three config values for this?

text for fail
text for tempfail
checkbox for switch from fail to tempfail or back

I think it is OK to change for example RBLError between

550 ....
and
451 ....

yes... those as well, the idea is to add an option to ASSP so that
"checking" a box will turn the "fail" message into a "tempfail" one and
having entry fields (text) for both messages, this would allow one to
fine tune ASSP to match certain conditions; again, in most cases you'll
probably go with "fail", but, in some cases one may be forced to switch
(possibly on a temporary base) to "tempfail" to solve an issue ;-)
