Were you running under Windows?

I'm not sure how it could be a permissions issue - if it has permission
to write & modify (which it obviously does, in order to write the
logfile in the first place), it has permissions to rename. I
deliberately gave the user ASSP runs under full permissions to the
folder, with no change.
