The auto-whitelist solves almost all my needs. Almost.

The penalty blacklisting works wonders at killing all kinds of
misbehaving spammers - but sometimes I'll have a bonehead remote sender
trying to send us something, and when they get rejected they just keep
sending until they're on the various blocklists - including at the IP
level. At which point they finally call us, and my employee does what
they've been trained to do - send the remote sender an e-mail to place
them on the auto-whitelist. But this doesn't release the IP-based
blocks - I have to manually scan the logs, find the offender, and then
remove them from all the applicable blocks.

There's probably more involved than just this - but an we have a feature
such that when an email is sent, and the auto-whitelist function is
activated, the target's mail server IP is looked up and removed from the
IP blacklists?
